Documents required for a Finland Visa
Is Married

Marriage certificate : If married, you’ll need to provide a marriage certificate if your spouse’s name is not endorsed on the passport.
Divorce papers (if divorced)

Hotel Bookings : Submit hotel reservations for your entire stay in the Schengen area.

Cover Letter : Write a cover letter that states the purpose of your travel, travel dates, passport number, and details of any accompanying applicants

6 Months Bank Statement Copy :
Provide your last three months’ bank statement with a balance covering the cost of your trip.
The statement should not be more than four days old on your appointment day.
Recommended bank balance is at least 3 lacs per person for the entire trip

Sponsorship Letter :
A letter from your sponsor stating the amount, their relationship to you, and the source of funds.
Include occupation proof and financial proof of the sponsor.

Leave NOC from Employer : Leave letter on company letterhead with authorised signatory’s name, designation, contact details, your name, salary, years of employment, and leave approval date.

Last 3 Months Salary Slips : Last 3-three months’ pay slips

Sponsor bank statement :
Copy of bank statements of last 3 months
Documentation of accessible and demonstrated available funds of the sponsor

Sponsor IT return : Copy of income tax return + ITR V acknowledgment for previous financial year (signed by bank)
