Documents required for a Austria Visa
Student

Student ID proof :
Proof of enrollment/ registration in school/ College/ University
In case of a minor travelling alone or with only one parent, original notarized NOC by the other parent/ both parents plus copies of parent’s passports or ID

Copy of passport pages : Copy of the first and last page of passport, pages with travel visas and immigration stamps

Flight tickets : Proof of round-trip flights or intra-Schengen travel.

Insurance : Travel medical insurance with a coverage of at least 30,000 Euros

Cover letter : Mention your name, travel details, expenses, and purpose of the visit.

Passport size photo :
Provide one recent passport-size photograph in colour.
Ensure the photograph is taken within the last six months.
The photograph should have dimensions of 35mm x 45mm.

Bank statement :
Original bank statements of the last three (3) months stamped and signed by the bank. We recommend a minimum balance of INR 3 lacs per person
Ensure bank statement not more than 5 days old on the date of your appointment

Application form : The form should be completed by hand using blue ink and capital letters

Hotel tickets :
Provide confirmed hotel reservations covering your travel dates.
Certificate of the travel agency confirming the booking and itinerary of an organised trip or any other appropriate document indicating the envisaged travel plans.
Include reservations for other Schengen countries if you’re visiting them.

Original passport :
Original passport with validity of at least at least three months after the intended date of entry into schengen region
Old passports, if any

Employer NOC : Company NOC for holiday approval, should be signed by the HR.

Salary slip : Salary certificate of the last three (3) months of present occupation.

Employment contract : Any document or ID proof

Sponsor Income tax returns : Last 3 years ITR

Sponsor Bank Statement :

Sponsor Cover Letter : If sponsored by company then cover letter must be on company letter head

Proof of retirement : Pension statements for last 3 months and/or proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business
