Mandatory docs

Flight Bookings : Confirmation of round-trip booking is necessary.

Proof of Residence : If the city on your passport differs from your current city of residence, please provide any of the following documents:
Rent agreement.

Hotel Bookings :
For individuals staying at a hotel: Display proof of hotel bookings covering the entire duration of your stay in Spain.
For individuals staying with friends/family: An invitation letter is necessary.

Last 3 months bank statement :
We recommend having at least INR 3,00,000 as balance in your account
Bank Statement should not be more than 5 days old from the date of appointment
Statement to be stamped and signed by bank.

Pan Card Copy : Copy of PAN card is mandatory for all the applicants.

Appointment Confirmation Letter :
The appointment letter must include essential information such as the traveler’s name, appointment date, time, and location.
Applicants must carry this letter with them to gain entry into the visa center.

Old Passport : Copy of passport pages that contains any visa stickers or stamps from past travel.

Original Passport :
Must have a minimum of 2 blank pages.
Should be valid for at least three months beyond the trip’s duration.     
Issued within the last 10 years.

One Photograph :
Must be a recent photograph, taken within the last 6 months.
The dimensions should measure between 35-45 mm.
The background of the photograph should be white.

Bookings for internal transfers within Spain and across Schengen states should be made in advance.

Employer’s letter confirming approved leave.

Parents’ Passport Copies : Scanned copy of passport of both the parents is required.

Sponsor’s ITR Acknowledgement of last 3 years : Sponsor’s ITR Acknowledgement of last 3 years

Sponsorship Letter : Proof of sponsorship and support, including specifics on the nature and method of support provided.

Company Bank Statements : Last 06 months company bank statement, signed by the bank.

Company Registration & GST Registration : Submit a copy of either the Company Registration, GST Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed.

Refusal Notice : If there has been a visa denial within the past two years

Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper : Applicable if traveling with another person or either parent.
