Mandatory docs

Original passport:
Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in Schengen and with at least two blank pages

Flight tickets:
Proof of round-trip flights or intra-Schengen travel.
Show proof of transport within the Schengen region, such as train bookings or car rentals.
People joining cruise liner in the onward journey should provide the ticket and payment receipt.

Visa Appointment letter
Carry your appointment slip on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Hotel booking:
Provide confirmed hotel reservations covering your travel dates.
Include reservations for other Schengen countries if you’re visiting them.

Passport last page: Copy of passport last page of current and previous passport (if any)

Passport Front Page: Copy of first page of your passport along with all pages of the passport that have visa stamps

Photograph:
Provide a recent passport-size photograph in colour.
Ensure the photograph is taken within the last six months.
The photograph should have dimensions of 3.5cm x 4.5cm.
Make sure the photograph clearly represents your current appearance.

Income Tax Return:
Include ITR acknowledgement for the last three assessment years

Bank Statement:
Bank statement for the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
Ensure having a minimum balance of DKK 350 per day if staying in a private home, or a higher amount, DKK 500 per day, if staying at a hotel.
The statement should be no more than one week old at the time of application.

Cover letter:
Mention your name, travel details, expenses, and purpose of the visit.
If you’re self-employed and need to provide a letter on company letterhead detailing your trip

Other Documents:

Travel insurance:
Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros.

Sponsorship Letter:Proof of sponsorship.
A letter from the sponsor.
Copy of the sponsor’s photo ID (e.g. passport, Aadhaar card, or driver’s licence).

Sponsor bank statement:
Bank statement for the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the bank of the sponsor

NOC from Parents:
Suppose the minor is travelling with only one parent. In that case, you’ll need written consent certified by a public notary from the other parent or guardian, unless one parent has sole custody or guardianship.
If the minor is travelling alone (without parents), you’ll need written consent from both parents or guardians with custody.
Provide photocopies of both parents’ passports. If unavailable, submit copies of their photo ID cards with their signatures.
Include a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate.
