Documents required for a Philippines Visa
Mandatory docs

Hotel Booking : Hotel confirmation with guest name, check-in and check-out details, and payment confirmation.

Flight Ticket : Onward and return ticket.

PAN CARD : Pan card copy of all adult applicant

Income Tax Return : Income tax returns (ITR) of last 3-three assessment years.

Educational Certificate : If all passport pages are blank then need to provide a highest educational certificate

2 Passport Sized Photographs :
White background, 35mm x 45mm, showing 80% of the face without specs and sunglasses.
Photos should not be older than 3 months.

Covering Letter : Signed by the applicant, mentioning purpose, duration of stay, occupation, expenses, and accompanying persons if any.

Philippine Visa Application Form :
Printed back-to-back, filled manually with blue or black ink in block letters.
Attach 1 photograph with a crossed signature half on the form and half on the photo.

Bank Statement :
Bank statements must cover the last 6 months and be original copies sealed and signed by the bank on each page.
The balance should reflect INR 1,00,000 per person and must not exceed 1 week from the date of submission.

Credit Card Copy : Credit Card Copy/Forex Receipt: 800 USD.

Original Passport :
Original Passport: Must be valid for a minimum of 6 months upon arrival in the Philippines.
Old Passport (if applicable).

Consent Letter For Minor :
Consent letter from both parents, even if the minor is travelling with parents.
Parents’ passport copies.

Leave Approval Letter From School/University : Leave Sanction Letter from the school/university and NOC from school/university.

Student ID card copy : Student ID copy.

Salary Slip : Salary slips for the last 3-three monhts.

Company Registration proof :
Copy of GST or Company Registration
If you are a Proprietor/Partner/Director: Provide a copy of the company registration with a list of directors or partnership deed.

Marriage Certificate : Marriage Certificate/Affidavit: Required if the spouse’s name is not mentioned on the passport.
